How I Became A Hate Group

Once in a while I come across something so good it seems best to get out of the way and link to it.

This is the most deliciously hilarious demolition of that ugly hate group Southern Poverty Lie Center I have ever read (and I've read some good ones!).

Enjoy!

  1. I don't think it's hateful to post facts so long as those facts are not used to force conclusions that either cannot be proven or that would lead to the unjust treatment of the innocent.

Example: it's an unfortunate fact that African-American males are more likely to have been incarcerated than white males per population, something like 1 out of 10. Yet, that fact should not be used to justify ending all legal protections in employment and housing for all blacks. Should all blacks be treated with suspicion or at least differently because of this fact? If so, how?

The same caution must be used when dealing with other groups, whether it's Latinos, gays, Mormons, Catholics, whatever.
